Getting started
Set up your account in 4 steps
New to the portal? Follow these steps from any computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Open the portal
Choose Register on the login page.
Enter your details
Use your date of birth and unique patient number. It is in your welcome email.
Confirm your information
Check your name, patient number, date of birth, and email. Then create your username and password.
Accept and finish
Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, then select Register.
