CRE is in-network with major carriers including Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Progyny, Maven, First Health, and PHCS/MultiPlan. Because specific fertility benefits vary, our financial team will help confirm your coverage before your visit.
02Will CRE verify my fertility benefits before my appointment?
CRE makes every effort to verify benefits for new patients before their first appointment. We partner with Sheer Health to help you check your coverage in advance, and our financial counselors are always here to assist with authorizations and billing.
03What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and any relevant medical records, especially previous HSG images rather than just reports, if available. Completing your new-patient paperwork online at least 48 hours before your visit helps us prepare and avoid check-in delays.
04What should I expect at my first fertility visit?
You will meet directly with your physician to review your medical history, discuss prior tests or treatments, and outline personalized diagnostic or treatment options. Depending on your evaluation, you may also have blood tests or an ultrasound during this visit.
05Does CRE offer financing or payment options?
CRE does not offer direct in-house payment plans. However, our financial counselors provide comprehensive guidance, third-party financing resources, and medication discount program referrals. We also provide IVF Refund and Multi-Cycle Discount Programs that deliver significant savings by bundling reduced fees upfront.
06How do I request an appointment?
Submit a request online through our website's virtual agent or call us directly at (972) 566-6686. A $75 deposit reserves your consultation, is applied directly to your visit, and is fully refunded with at least 48 hours' notice.
