Karen Rodriguez, Practice Manager

Karen is available to patients at any stage of the process via 972-566-6686, option 4.

Role:

Practice Manager requires many hats but the most important is to be sure our patients have an excellent experience here at CRE. My door is always open!

Stephanie Goeters, MT(ASCP), TS(ABB) Lab Manager, Senior Embryologist

Role:

“My role includes all aspects of Assisted Reproductive Technology in the IVF, Andrology, and Endocrinology Labs. I perform egg retrievals, ICSI, semen analysis, embryo culture, embryo transfers, embryo cryopreservation, and thawing and biopsy for genetic testing. I manage the lab and handle all compliance with CAP, SART, and FDA. I enjoy communicating with the patients and helping them on their journey to conceiving and having a baby.”

Educational Background and Experience:

20+ years as an embryologist, Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology. Worked in a blood bank at Herman Memorial Hospital, Houston, TX, and Flow Cytometry Lab at UT Southwestern, Dallas, TX.

About Stephanie:

“I am a wife and mother of two teenage boys. On my time off, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, attending live music shows, exercising/ running, and going to Dallas Stars hockey games.”


Naphateria Bell, Embryologist

Role:

“While performing all aspects of ART in the lab, I am motivated and committed to helping couples fulfill their dreams of becoming a family.”

Educational Background and Experience:

After completing my Bachelor’s Degree of Biochemistry at Texas Tech University, my career started in fertility as an Andrologist and further progressed to Embryologist. I currently have 18 years of experience in the field of ART. And have worked collectively at previous fertility clinics such as Aspire-Dallas, Houston Fertility Institute, and Center of Reproductive Medicine, PA.

About Naphateria:

“During my growth as an Embryologist, I also became a wife and mother of 4 children, 2 boys (12 and 2 years old) and 2 girls (7 and 5 years old). When I’m not being a team mom, at practices, or games of various sports with my children, I enjoy spending quiet leisure time with my family by having movie nights, cooking and baking, starting DIY projects, and most importantly relaxing whenever I can in between.”


Heather Jackson, RN-BSN Clinical Nurse Manager

Role:

“I personally understand this diagnosis and have compassion for all our patients. Infertility is very difficult. My job allows me to help you understand and overcome the struggle. I honestly cannot imagine doing anything else.”

Graduated from Texas Woman’s University, and started out a nursing career working in the hospital helping cancer patients.

About Heather:

“I am a very busy wife and mother to three wonderful children. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, baseball, and being outdoors with my family and pets. I love animals and we have several pets including dogs, goats, chickens, and a cat. Ten years ago, I was told I may never be able to have children. Today my family is complete and my heart is full. Being an infertility nurse is the most rewarding job and I’m privileged to work with a wonderful doctor and awesome staff.”


Lisa Funari, RN Clinical Coordinator

Jeanine Volentine- Financial Counselor

Role:

Everyone’s economic and life situation is unique. I keep that in mind when providing Financial Counseling advice.  I understand our patients are in different stages of life as well and believe our personalized care and services are essential for the greatest chance for patient success.

Educational Background and Experience:

Medical field experience of 30 years. Working all office aspects during this duration but enjoying my current Financial Counseling role most.

About Jeanine:

My favorite place to be is the BEACH!  LOVE fun in the sun! Being a social butterfly…there is no place I would rather be than spending time with my wonderful family and friends. My favorite hobby is sewing. I recently retired my 1976 Singer sewing machine for a brand-new Singer! I was an Art Major in college and love to create and craft!!


Amanda Martinez, Certified Medical Assistant
