I cannot say enough good things about CRE and Dr. Collins. From the very first appointment and through two egg freezing cyles everyone was wonderful! Kacie was my nurse through both cycles and she was a pleasure to work with. She was always available to answer any questions. Dr. Collins made me feel comfortable and was so personable. He was great at explaining the process and everything in between. Karen, the practice manager and Jeanine the finance counselor were both absolute gems to work with as well. Everyone I interacted was so kind and I can easily say this is the best office staff I have ever interacted with.
