Financial Policy and Insurance
Financial Policy:
Payment is due when services are rendered. We do our best to provide quality services at the most reasonable fees. To help with the financial aspect of your medical care, we accept Visa and MasterCard, as well as cash and personal checks. We will provide you with itemized receipts to submit to your insurance company. Information on current fees for diagnostic tests and treatment procedures is available upon request from the Cohen Center staff.
Insurance:
Our staff is happy to help you obtain information regarding your insurance by reviewing your policy. However, Dr. Cohen does not participate in any insurance networks, and we do not file insurance claims.
In regards to fertility and recurrent miscarriage care, most insurance policies do not cover the testing and treatment performed at our Center because it is related to reproductive disorders. We suggest that patients review their insurance benefits booklet for details regarding coverage. We are happy to assist you in obtaining information regarding your insurance policy. Your benefits book usually provides this information. Check with your Human Resources Department or insurance carrier if you do not have a benefits book. Cohen Center makes every effort to provide cost effective treatment without compromising patient care.
